Overview
Bounty is a crowdfunded dare platform where people propose, fund, and complete real-world challenges. I designed and built the entire product from concept to launch — brand, flows, UI, and the full stack.
Challenge
Making crowdfunding dares feel safe, fun, and trustworthy while handling real money — the whole thing falls apart if people don't trust the payout or the proof of completion.
Approach
I started with the social dynamics: why someone posts a dare, why someone funds it, what makes proof believable. Then I designed a streamlined flow that reduces friction from dare creation to funding to proof, built a modular component system, and integrated Stripe for secure payments and refunds.
Outcome
Shipped a working product — authentication, dare creation, payment processing, public accountability, and the full lifecycle from proposal to payout. Live at postthedare.com.
