Overview
Bounty is a crowdfunded dare platform where users propose, fund, and complete real-world challenges. I designed and built the entire product from concept to launch.
Challenge
Creating a platform that makes crowdfunding dares feel safe, fun, and trustworthy while handling real money transactions.
Approach
Started with competitive analysis and user interviews to understand the social dynamics of dares and challenges. Designed a streamlined flow that reduces friction from dare creation to funding to proof of completion. Built a modular component system and integrated Stripe for secure payments.
Outcome
Shipped a fully functional MVP with user authentication, dare creation, payment processing, and social sharing. The product handles the full lifecycle from proposal to payout.
